“We are what we constantly do.
Would you like to…
…read 40 books a year?
And not just one year, but every year, for the rest of your life?
…write a book in a few months?
And not just finish then, but continue writing—without effort?
…workout consistently?
And not just as part of that 30-day “Squat” challenge that yields zero results?
…learn to develop an app?
And continue learning?
…learn to draw/paint/design?
Even if you think you have zero talent?
…eat healthy consistently?
And not just as a part of that dorky detox diet that is proven bullshit?
Introducing The HabitSystem
What is The HabitSystem?

A book. A proven approach.
Many people want to change their life; they want to implement new habits to grow. Unfortunately, more often than not, these attempts fail. The HabitSystem is a simple yet powerful approach to finally implement habits long-term. The HabitSystem does not care about quick fixes. It cares about big impact in the long run. Because sustainable change is what matters.
In three sections, each likened to one component of a mighty oak tree, the reader learns how habits can be formed. The HabitSystem is not a motivational feel-good book. It also is not a book with funny and pseudo-inspirational anecdotes. Rather, the HabitSystem is a highly practical book: instead of making you feel good, the HabitSystem provides you with proven and simple techniques that actually work.

How much does it cost?
No gimmicks. No subscription. Just a very good book.
Even though I am a business student and very well intend to make money with this product, I am not a fan of sleazy subscriptions and scammy upselling techniques. I just want to promote the very first book I wrote —no strings attached: no gimmicks, no subscriptions, just a plain ol’ book.
The book comes in two flavors: a Kindle e-book or a softcover. Both versions are carefully formatted and include graphs and diagrams that help you understand the HabitSystem’s content.

My Habit Journey
Or why I wrote “The HabitSystem”
Start Slow Then Grow
In the summer of 2015, I was in San Diego to spend a semester abroad. It was at this time that I started with my Habit Journey. I brought a couple of books with me that I wanted to read. Among them titles from Tony Robbins and Malcolm Gladwell.
As a kid, I always read a lot but my reading tapered off as I became a teenager. I wanted to change it. I read Stephen Guise’s book Mini Habits and it encouraged me to start with habits. I set up a very simple Numbers’ spreadsheet and decided to do simple things every single day—no matter what. This was the birth of the Habit System. In the following two years, I honed and refined my system—and it changed my life.
At first I only tracked my reading. Today, I track many different things and my system is as solid as an old oak’s trunk. I code everyday, I draw every day, I learn Spanish every day, I read every day, and I write every day. The HabitSystem has also helped me establish a consistent sleep pattern. Every evening, I write in my journal, and also plan the next day in a little calendar.
Naturally, friends, family members, and acquaintances were curious about my weird habits. Upon explaining it to them, I realized that I could try and write a book. This website is dedicated to present this book.
From my personal experience, the HabitSystem is a very simple, versatile, and intelligent approach to sustainably change your life—one habit at a time. I invite you to start your Habit Journey by creating your individual HabitSystem. How that can be done is explained in my book.
Good luck!
